NOTIFICATION REGARDING UPGRADATION OF THE POST OF JUNIOR SCIENTIFIC OFFICER FROM BPS-16 TO BPS-17

Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Defence (Defence Division) issued a Notification regarding Upgradation of the Post of Junior Scientific Officer from BPS-16 to BPS-17.

In pursuance of Federal Services Tribunal Order dated 26-10-2010 (amended on 25-03-2011) in Appeal No. 1050 (R)/CS 2010, and with reference order of Supreme Court passed in Civil Petition No.325 to 397 and 429 of 2010, dated 15th March, 2010, Secretary Defence, in his capacity as administrative authority is pleased to approve the up-gradation of the post of Junior Scientific Officer from (BPS-16) to (BPS-17) w.e.f. 18-11-1989 working in 503 Army Aviation Base, Workshops, EME Rawalpindi under Ministry of Defence. The financial implication on this account may be met within the budget allocation of FY 2018-19. 2.

COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS). Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS. The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020. Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:- 1.
