DISBURSEMENT OF PAY AND PENSION IN ADVANCE TO THE EMPLOYEES OF GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN

Government of Balochistan, Finance Department, Under Secretary (Reg-I) issued order vide No.FD(R-I)VI-9/2018/2082-2202 dated 07.08.2018 regarding disbursement of pay and pension to the Provincial Employees of Government of the Balochistan:-


Detail of Order:-

In compliance with Note 4 below Rule-217 of the Federal Treasury Rules, Vol-I, Government of Balochistan is pleased to sanction to the drawal and disbursement of pay, allowance and pensions in adavance on 16th August, 2018 for the month of August, 2018 (payable on 1st September, 2018) in favour of all employees of the Provincial Government / its pensioners throughout the Province on account of the festive occasion of Eid ul Azha.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
