UP-GRADATION OF DEPUTY ACCOUNTANT, ACCOUNTANT, AUDITOR AND AUDITOR OFFICER

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Section Officer (Welfare-II), S&GAD issued an order regarding up-gradation of Deputy Accountant from BS-14 to BS-16, Accountant from BS-16 to BS-17, Auditor from BS-14 to BS-16 and Auditor Officer from BS-16 to BS-17.
  • The Chief Minister Punjab has been pleased to upgrade the following posts of Deputy Accountant and Accountant from BS-14 to BS-16 and BS-16 to BS-17 respectively in the Punjab Treasuries & Accounts Service and Auditor and Auditor Officer from BS-14 to BS-16 and BS-16 to BS-17 respectively in the Punjab Local Fund Audit Department with immediate effect in relaxation of ban on up-gradation of posts:-
  • The incumbents of the upgraded posts will also stand upgraded and their pay will be fixed at the stage next above their basic pay in their lower pay scales with immediate effect.
  • The expenditure incurred on the above up-gradation of posts shall be borne by the respective Administrative Departments / Attached Departments / Autonomous Bodies / Local Governments. No supplementary grant will be issued in this regard.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
