The sanctioning process of all kinds of leaves to the staff during summer vacations be discouraged in the wake of the General Elections, 2018. This if ensure the working strength of staff assigned with election duties. Therefore, all kinds of leaves and particularly the Ex-Pakistan leave during summer vacations be restricted which can ispo facto hinder the smooth conduction of the General Elections, 2018 due to lack of staff. You are therefore, directed to follow the instruction in true letter and spirit.
