SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL KINDS OF LEAVES DURING SUMMER VACATIONS

Directorate of Public Instruction (C), Punjab issued a letter addressed to all Directors of Education (Colleges), all Deputy Directors of Education (Colleges) and all Principals of Colleges in the Punjab regarding special instructions for all kinds of leaves during summer vacations. The sanctioning process of all kinds of leaves to the staff during summer vacations be discouraged in the wake of the General Elections, 2018. This if ensure the working strength of staff assigned with election duties. Therefore, all kinds of leaves and particularly the Ex-Pakistan leave during summer vacations be restricted which can ispo facto hinder the smooth conduction of the General Elections, 2018 due to lack of staff. You are therefore, directed to follow the instruction in true letter and spirit.

RESUMPTION OF ONGOING PROCESS OF RECRUITMENT

Federal Public Service Commission, Islamabad, Director (CE/T&S) issued a public notice regarding resumption of all ongoing processes of recruitment. In continuation to this office Public Notice of even number dated 27.04.2018, it is informed that operation of the impugned judgement of Islamabad High Court (LHC) dated 24.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.3151/2016 has been suspended by the Supreme Court of Pakistan vide order dated 21.05.2018 in Civil Petition No.1750 of 2018. Therefore, all ongoing processes of recruitment (relating to CSS & General Recruitment, etc.) have been resumed with immediate effect.

PROGRAMME / SCHEDULE OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLIES ELECTIONS

Election Commission of Pakistan, Deputy Director (Cord) issued a notification regarding schedule / programme of Elections of National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies of the Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. In pursuance of the announcement of date by the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan under section 57(1) of the Elections Act, 2017, as 25th July, 2018, the Election Commission of Pakistan in terms of Article 224(1) of the Constitution read with Section 57(2) of the Elections Act, 2017 (Act no.XXXIII of 2017) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby calls upon the electors of the National Assembly Constituencies and the Constituencies of the Provincial Assemblies of the Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan to elect their representatives from each of these constituencies to the general seats and in connection therewith appoints the following dates for various activities of election to the aforesaid Assemblies: Programme Public

AWARD OF HONORARIUM TO THE OFFICIALS / OFFICERS OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT GUJRANWALA

The Deputy District Education Officer (Male), Tehsil Gujranwala issued an order to award honorarium to officials / officers on the basis of their integrity, devotion and performance of duty during and after office hours. For full detail see the order below:-

ALLOTMENT OF 150 ACRES LAND TO DAWAT-E-ISLAMI

Chief Minister's Secretariat, Sindh, Karachi, Deputy Secretary (Coord) issued a CM Directive to Senior Member Board of Revenue, Government of the Sindh, Karachi regarding allotment of 150 acres amenity land to Dawat-e-Islami trust for its project Dar-ul-Madinah International University as announced by Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Chairman PPP to establish a university of Dawat-e-Islami and the eve directed to the CM Sindh to allot land for this purpose. As per letter; I am directed to enclose herewith a letter dated 08.04.2018 (in original) alongwith its enclosures received from Mr. Yusuf Saleem Attari, Majlis-e-Rabita Dawat-e-Islami, Karachi on the subject noted above. The Honorable Chief Minister Sindh has been pleased to pass the following minutes / remarks :- "Please Examine and Put Up Early." UP-GRADATION OF DEPUTY ACCOUNTANT, ACCOUNTANT, AUDITOR AND AUDITOR OFFICER

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Section Officer (Welfare-II), S&GAD issued an order regarding up-gradation of Deputy Accountant from BS-14 to BS-16, Accountant from BS-16 to BS-17, Auditor from BS-14 to BS-16 and Auditor Officer from BS-16 to BS-17. The Chief Minister Punjab has been pleased to upgrade the following posts of Deputy Accountant and Accountant from BS-14 to BS-16 and BS-16 to BS-17 respectively in the Punjab Treasuries & Accounts Service and Auditor and Auditor Officer from BS-14 to BS-16 and BS-16 to BS-17 respectively in the Punjab Local Fund Audit Department with immediate effect in relaxation of ban on up-gradation of posts:- The incumbents of the upgraded posts will also stand upgraded and their pay will be fixed at the stage next above their basic pay in their lower pay scales with immediate effect.
