SUMMER VACATIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF SINDH

Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department, Section Officer (B&U) issued notification regarding summer vacations for all public and private educational institutions in Sindh.
  • With the approval of Chief Minister, Sindh, summer vacations for all public and private educational institutions in Sindh are hereby rescheduled with effect from 14.05.2018 to 16.07.2018 instead of 01.06.2018 to 31.07.2018 due to rising temperature and start of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak. All the Educational Institutions shall open on 17.07.2018.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
