REGULARIZATION OF SERVICE OF SCHOOL HEALTH & NUTRITION SUPERVISORS (BS-17) IN ALL DISTRICTS OF PUNJAB THROUGH PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (PPSC)

Government of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Section Officer (AHP-II) issued a letter to all the Chief Executive Officers, District Health Authorities in Punjab regarding regularization of service of School Health & Nutrition Supervisors (SHNS) in all Districts of Punjab through Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).
  • Reference to the subject noted above a performa enclosed herewith to be filled by School Health & Nutrition Supervisors (SHNS) who have been working under the purview of Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department on contract basis for a period not less than four years as on 30.04.2018.
  • I am directed to advise you to send the complete cases of eligible SHNS along with the attached performa to this department for onward submission to Punjab through Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) to initiate the process of regularization of their service in the light of Punjab Regularization of Service Act, 2018. Moreover, the supportive documents mentioned in the aforesaid performa must also be attached with the cases. An affidavit is to be submitted by every individual in the light of Services and General Administration Department's Notification No.DS(O&M)(S&GAD)5-3/2013 dated 1st March 2013 Para no.3, wherein following is mentioned;
"All eligible contract employees shall be required to submit affidavit on stamp paper to appearing before the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) to the effect that they would not claim continuation in their contract appointments or regularization at any forum. In the event of their failure to qualify for the post held by them, their contract will be terminated on receipt of recommendations of the PPSC"
  • It is further advised that the SHNS who do not want to get their contract service regularized in the light of the Section 10 of the Punjab Regularization of Service Act 2018, they must submit their consent directly at Facilitation Centre Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department 1' Birdwood Road Lahore by 13th June 2018 failing which their cases will be considered for the regularization in the light of the Punjab Regularization of Service Act 2018. The willingness to continue as contractual employees submitted other than Facilitation Centre will not be entertained in any case.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
