DEDUCATION OF ZAKAT AT RS.39,198/- AT SOURCE IN RESPECT OF SAVING BANKS / PROFIT AND LOSS SHARING AND SIMILAR BANK ACCOUNTS (ASSET CODE NO 101) AND DEPOSIT THEREOF IMMEDIATELY AFTER DEDUCTION DATE


Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Accounts Officer-I issued schedule of deduction of Zakat at source in respect of saving banks / profit and loss sharing and similar bank accounts and deposit thereof immediately after deduction date.
  • Administrator General Zaka has notified the "Nisab of Zakat" for the Zakat year 1438-39 AH at Rs.39,198/- (Rupees Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety Eight Only). No deduction of Zakat at source shall be made, in case the amount standing to the credit of an account in respect of the assets mentioned in column 2 of Serial No.1 of the first schedule of Zakat and Ushr Ordinance, 1980 is less thant Rs.39,198/- on the first day of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak, 1439 AH. First day of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak 1439 AH has already been notified as the "Deducation date" likely to fall on 17th or 18th May, 2018 (subject to appearance of the moon) for deduction of Zakat from Saving Bank Accounts, Profit and Loss Sharing Accounts and other similar Accounts having credit balance of Rs.39,198/-.
  • All the Zakat Collection Controlling Agencies (ZCCAs) are requested to deduct the Zakat accordingly. A copy of return of Form CZ-08A may please be provided to this Ministry immediately after depositing Zakat in Central Zakat Account No. CZ-08 being maintained with the State Bank of Pakistan.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
