WITHHOLDING OF INTER DISTRICT TRANSFER OF TEACHERS

Government of Punjab, School Education Department, Section Officer (SE-IV) issued a letter regarding withhold the Inter District Transfers of Teachers addressed to Director Public Instruction (SE/EE), Punjab, Lahore.

As per the letter:-

I am directed to request you that no Inter District Transfer order will be issued till further order by the Department. Moreover, any Inter District Transfer order issued w.e.f 19.04.2018 may be withheld under intimation to this department.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
