NOTIFICATION OF SCHOOL TIMINGS OF DISTRICT HAFIZABAD

The Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Hafizabad issued notification regarding Schools Timings for the Public Schools of District Hafizabad. 

As Per The Notification:-

  • Following school timings will be observed:

Single Shift Male Schools

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday  From 07:45 AM to 01:15 PM
  • Friday  From 07:45 AM to 11:45 AM

Single Shift Female Schools

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday  From 07:30 AM to 01:00 PM
  • Friday  From 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Double Shift Female and Male Schools

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday  (Morning) From 07:30 AM to 12:30 PM and (Evening) From 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM. 
  • Friday  (Morning) From 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM and (Evening) From 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
