PROMOTION / ADJUSTMENT OF JUNIOR CLERKS AS SENIOR CLERKS OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT HAFIZABAD

The Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Hafizabad issued notification regarding promotion / adjustment of Junior Clerks as Senior Clerks upon the recommendations of Departmental Selection / Promotion Committee, Hafizabad.
The notification as written is here under: 

Consequent upon recommendations made by the Departmental Selection / Promotion Committee Hafizabad the following Junior Clerks are hereby promoted as Senior Clerks are respectively in BPS No.14 (15180-1170-50280) plus usual allowance as admissible under rules w.e.f the date on which they join against the post mentioned against their name on the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Condition

1.   The above mentioned promotion has been ordered on purely temporary basis and they are liable to reassertion at any time without any notice and any assigning any reason.
2.   The above mention promotion will have to join at their new pace of posting within 15 days of the issuance of this order, failing which the orders will stand cancelled automatically and the next senior official will be promoted accordingly.
3.   They will be governed by the rules / regulations issued from time to time by the Govt. of the Punjab Education Department.
4.   The inter-se seniority of the officials in their respective category shall remain intact.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
