NOTIFICATION REGARDING CASUAL LEAVES PER MONTH BY HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department, Deputy Secretary (Establishment Male) issued a notification / letter to the DPI (Colleges), Punjab, Lahore, All the Directors of Education (Colleges), Punjab, All the Deputy Directors (Colleges), Punjab and All the Principals of Colleges, Punjab regarding Casual Leaves per Month.
The letter written is as under:


            Under the directions of Competent Authority, all Principals are hereby directed to ensure that only 25 Casual Leaves annually are allowed to government servants. Therefore, only two (02) casual leaves per month may be allowed to all teaching and non-teaching staff of colleges.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
