REVISION / AMENDMENT IN THE RECRUITMENT RULES ISLAMABAD MODEL SCHOOLS / COLLEGES UNDER FDE ISLAMABAD

Government of the Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division has issued Office Memorandum vide No. 8/53/2009-R.I dated 21.09.2017 regarding Revision / Amendment in the Recruitment Rules Islamabad Model Schools / Colleges Under FDE Islamabad. The detail is as follows;

 The undersigned is directed to refer to the Capital Administration and Development Division`s O.M.No.14-10/2011(Education)AEA-lll, dated 12.09.2017 on the above subject and in continuation of Establishment Division`s previous O.M. of even number dated 27.12.2012, this Division agrees to the following redesignation of the posts in the Capital Administration and Development Division, subject to concurrence of Finance Division`s amendment in the Recruitment Rules and filling up the upgraded post in the manner prescribed in this Division’s O.M. letter dated 31-2008:-

2.            Moreover, 70% redesigned posts in both cadres i.e. Secondary School Teacher (BS-17) and Senior Elementary Teacher (BPS-16) are allocated to Science Group and 30% to Humanities/Arts Group.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
