SOME CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING IMPOSITION OF BAN IMPOSED ON RECRUITMENT BY GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, vide letter No.FD.SO(GOODS)44-4/2016 dated 10-10-2017, clarify that ban imposed on recruitment shall not be applicable on the followings;

1.  Recruitment under development projects.
2. Hiring of consultants both from Development & Non-Development budget.

3. Where process of recruitment was underway (advertisement for recruitment against vacant posts was published) on or before 14.09.2017 on Non-Development side.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
