ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE POSTS OF SSEs GRADE-16 AND SESEs GRADE-14

The Letters of Agreements for the posts of SSEs Grade-16 and SESEs Grade-14 will be issued within a day or two. The selected candidates are hereby suggested to keep the Mobile Numbers Functional / On so that concerned DEO Office can contact them. The selected candidates can also contact the concerned DEO Office to know the date of issuance of Letters of Agreements. 


Note! 
The selected candidates have to show the original documents (which copies were attached in the application file) at the time of receiving of Letter of Agreement. In case of failure of showing the original documents, the Letter of Agreement will not be issued.

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN DECISION - SALARY OF ANY EMPLOYEE CANNOT BE WITHHELD AS A PUNISHMENT

The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued an order / decision of writ regarding withholding the salary of employees as punishment. We have partly heard the learned Counsel for the Appellants and the learned Law Officers. We are informed that in certain parts of Balochistan, the salaries have not been paid to the teachers for the Iast 3 o 4 months. The Deputy Secretary, Education Department, present in Court, states that a detailed report will be filed by the department in this respect before the next date of hearing. However, we make it clear that salary of an employer cannot be withheld as a punishment and if a person is found guilty of the misconduct as contemplated under the Balochistan Civil Servants Act / Rules, the department shall proceed.
